      Privately Held Company with a great culture

      Pros

      Open Systems has fantastic people to work with. The culture is great. It's an open environment and you feel comfortable talking to everyone including the owner. Employee turnover is very minimal.

      Cons

      Benefits like 401k and health plan are not that great. Employer matching on 401k is minimal (.03%) Open Systems is a privately held flat (organizational structures) company and doesn't put a lot of money towards employee professional development including training.

      None that I can think of right now.

      Cons

      Sent me a letter offering me a job at $27.00 an hour. 2 weeks later after I'm on the job and working, sent me an email that said, " Opps we had an error, here is the correct offer letter" at $20.00 an hour. Very disappointing

      Not well organized on the accounting/payroll side. Not enough communications and they need to update/upgrade their IT infrastructure to be more competitive.
