Pros

They are hungry for new business and trying new things. It is a small, close knit atmosphere and pleasant to work in.

Cons

They are small and it just takes time to build a solid financial footing. Its been years since I worked there and I'm sure they are quite solid now.

Pros

The president of openbook, Zack Paul is pretty nice and a really good salesman. He can convince anyone, including himself that the company is doing fine. When paychecks do get paid, they are pretty good, but paydays aren't always consistent.

Cons

The company is bankrupt, all promises are empty promises. Although money was taken out of everyone's paychecks for taxes and health insurance, taxes and health insurance didn't get paid.

Pros

Compensation is better then most jobs in Rexburg

Cons

I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life, I honestly dreaded going to work everyday. The Management seemed extremely unorganized and the atmosphere of the company was uncomfortable. Co-workers would use skype to gossip about one another, even with that person in the same room. OpenBook did not treat their clients as well. They would put several of their clients in a "black box" and not touch their PPC/Website for months. I would not suggest working here, I felt extremely uncomfortable, devalued, and I rarely got a paycheck on time.
