-The overall culture is friendly, welcoming, and encouraging -Family-friendly for working parents -Flexible hours -Many different opportunities to interact with students and put your teaching skills to good use -Opportunities to move positions or add on new roles I love being a part of students' unique education and expanding our country's ideas on what school can look like.

Cons

Rapid growth has caused some confusion this year with different programs. However, the staff is very on top of it and answers everyone's questions. Compensation is fair, but not generous.
