Pros

Very well-known and reputable in the crypto space, which is rare in this industry. Offers excellent audits and security services.

Cons

Org is clearly struggling, especially with scaling above the 60-person mark. They fired the entire marketing team in one fell swoop. Considering the utter lack of diversity, it felt like a bunch of confused little boys running around and getting their decision-making intel from Twitter. I watched the company pivot over and over again. Cut bonuses even though they exceeded expected profit. Fire employees with little warning. It created an environment of fear and hostility. Lots of very, very unhappy employees working 70+ hour weeks, on Slack and responsive 16h/day, etc. Oh, and they rarely offer equity to devs. Good luck.
