You can learn new technologies here. They try to use the latest technologies and ideas in the market. You will acquire marketable skills quickly. The team is small, hence can help you quickly.

Cons

Management needs focus. Sales requires all the attention. CEO seems to be too busy and rarely in office. Not sure how decisions are made about target market, customers etc. Everyone gets busy when a customer/prospect has a requirement, ignoring all other aspects of business. Been there for so long without tangible achievement.

no plan and no execution no progress for ever bad habits, too much secrecy no one knows the plan. you ask a question to the management, never get a straight answer not sure how one can sell anything without getting to know the plan you cannot sell based on wind direction they talk a lot, and sometimes for ever. after hours, you realize there is no direction
