understaffed, so hard to get holidays insane amount of pressure unrealistic targets/expectations in regards to business double standards between management, optometrists and floor staff not payed for overtime dont care about customers, only profit breaks not a legal standards

A rewarding place to work Have learned so much and feel effective in my role. Get to use a broad skills set and every day is different Being able to clock in and out - good work life balance

Salary just so low for level of knowledge and skill and expectation - with bills rising I cannot afford to stay here and will leave quite soon unless given a raise - it is lower than the fair living wage and marginally better than national minimum wage. I would earn more as a bar tender. Supposed to be breakfast but there isn't
