1. Severe and Consistent Payment Delays (The most critical issue): The company maintained a highly irregular and unacceptable payment cycle, consistently delaying monthly stipends by several months without advance disclosure or explanation. Delayed Payment History: October stipend was received in mid-December. November stipend was received in mid-February. December stipend was received in late March. January stipend was received in early June. February stipend was received in mid-June. Current Pending Dues: The stipend for March was only partially paid in mid-August. The April stipend and the mandatory Full-and-Final (FnF) settlement remain entirely unpaid as of October, despite repeated follow-ups over several months. Lack of Transparency in Deductions: Money was deducted for vague reasons ("missing a meeting"). Multiple requests for an official pay breakdown or a clear calculation showing the base contract amount versus the amount paid were consistently ignored. 2. Lack of Professional Conduct and Transparency: Communication was highly informal (mostly verbal or via WhatsApp) and often contradictory. Formal email communication was actively discouraged, and I was asked to stop mailing them when seeking critical updates on payment status. HR was consistently unresponsive and failed to honor payment commitments or resolve basic concerns in a timely manner. Updates were only provided when repeatedly chased. They said I should just focus on work and not worry about the payments. 3. Stagnant Work Environment: After the initial 1-2 months, the work quality degraded significantly. Tasks became highly repetitive, centering mainly on data generation. The same work was circulated among interns, and there was no visible progress or clear indication that these efforts were being integrated into the company’s main systems. 4. Unclear and Improper Closure: Upon approaching the end of the internship, the management failed to provide a timely decision or official communication regarding conversion to a full-time role or salary expectations. I was told that the decision would take time and that I should "just focus on work and not bother about these formalities," and was asked to continue working without an active contract or signed extension. No formal FnF process was ever shared or followed. Despite numerous attempts to reach the staff via email, phone, and WhatsApp, there has been no response; they are completely unresponsive now.
