Business Outlook
Pros
Small environment, people get on well together, free brews, modernist offices. Good location for motorway links, also close to Tesco’s and sandwich shops
Cons
Projects have gone from large to now smaller jobs, loosing staff from everywhere, current engineering director is power mad and won’t trust any engineer, the general atmosphere and moral is very low. Has all the signs of a failing company, The panel shop guys have nothing to do most of the time.
