Pros
Optoro is full of smart, successful, driven folks. Everyone works hard, and is extremely accomplished. Amena, our new CEO, is an innovator. Very excited to see where she takes Optoro.
Cons
Seems like a lot of change and growth rapidly. Not a bad thing, but there seems to be some tension from it. Overall excited for the future.
