    Pros

Friendly co workers to work with and a good atmosphere in the store. Pay was OK and hours reasonable also.

    Cons

Difficult Customers and limited support on how to deal with them. Also product knowledge training was informal and ad hoc. When new coverage was available limited briefing was given.

I have been working at Optus full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Focus on innovation. Resilient, energetic people thrive. Pay is good. Lots of room to change role and teams. Fast-paced product cycle so things are changing all the time. Options to move to other SingTel companies.

    Cons

Leadership can be very short sighted and tactical, so there is lots of change in direction. It can seem quite disfinctional.

    Pros

Great company culture, work and life balance and people

    Cons

Most of employees are contractors and there is no career development or benefits and it's hard to become permanent in B2B side due to frozen head counts

    Pros

Great at treating staff in the marketing area. The offsites were good along with understanding things that needed to be done to help customers.

    Cons

When I left HR were absolutely useless, they call themselves the people that help staff but they are the least likely to assist or they assumed it was someone else's problem.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees the same as your customers
