Poor management, poor compensation and little chance of advancement who could ask for anything more!

Pressure to meet goals that are unattainable set by the higher ups who don't have a clue about what is going on with the production floor. Be Prepared to work 10+ hours a day doing the same repetitive tasks six days a week. Prepare for broken promises from management when they say they want to get you into different roles to learn more about the business. Get ready for no culture other then "Meet the number no matter how bad the product". No company parties or get together events. Managers planned for this before but again came up short on promises. Terrible work/life balance, HR is non existent at this company. Company is divided between front office workers and the back production workers. company expects more work out of you as an associate but doesn't give out any more compensation for the work you're doing. Reviews at this company are a joke because even if you're performing at a exceeding expectations you will only get $0.50 if you're lucky and this only happens once a year. If hell had a job posting this would be it.
