Pros

Orbit Partners focuses on developing individuals skill sets & assisting them with the transition to professional life. They want to employ young, hungry people who are ready to take responsibility on and open to growth through feedback. One of the few US companies willing to take non-US citizens on and give them a chance at a VISA. It is great working with smart, young, driven people.

Cons

When you work with PE firms there are days and weeks where you have to work longer hours to meet deadlines but this is to be expected.

A fast-paced work environment with high levels of responsibility.
