- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros

Cons

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great company culture Access to leadership Frequent feedback
Cons
Could be more structure within the organization
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The company has a lot of young talent. The benefits package is excellent (401k match, 25 days vacation, 100% medical benefits paid)
Cons
Job responsibilities change daily. The software platform has several bugs that need to be worked out. The managers don't have much experience managing people from different backgrounds. If you don't have a management consulting background, don't work here. A lot of people that get promoted are related to someone else at the company. Stock options are given to favorite employees and not based on roles or management levels. A game of thrones environment.

Pros
Work/Life Balance, vacation time, benefits, a personable CEO who cares about his employees and works incredibly hard to ensure his employees are looked after while maintaining company success
Cons
Working as a global company reporting on different continents on a daily basis to complete work functions can be difficult.

Not suited for women, people with young families or work/life balance.

There were a handful of people I liked working with. And these people were very understanding and supportive.
Cons
Very unclear on expectations, little structure plus being understaffed made it very challenging to settle into the role I was hired for. Sold as a 'diamond' but ended up really being a fake (CZ) kind of workplace. Working long hours and crossover into other roles was just part of the job. Not very well suited or flexible for women with young children. Company claims to be flexible wants women to work there, but it's a Male driven environment, with higher than reasonable expectations.

Pros
Hands on works with the client. Colleagues all from top universities.
Cons
Smaller size of the company
Continue readingThank you for taking the time to write a review – we really appreciate your time in doing so. As you will see from the date, we have only recently taken on our Glassdoor employer account and started responding to reviews and I didn’t want any of them (no matter how old) to go un-answered. Thank you again Vyckie – Head of People
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Services focused leadership team with deep management consulting experience and associated connections. Competitive base pay and benefits.
Cons
Lack of diversity (biographically and professional experiences) within the C-Suite. Lack of transparency. Painfully slow/stunted evolution from a MC firm with technology to a SaaS focused company with supportive services. The classic up-or-out/eat your young MC culture persists. Extremely political environment.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Provide opportunities to develop talent from within in areas of interest Collaborative and supportive environment globally within the advisory function Intelligent and professional colleagues Company has become more focused and clear on business objectives, which is driving rapid improvements to the product and structure of the org
Cons
Relatively bureaucratic and rigid for a company of its size Changing and poorly communicated strategy (can be attributed to changes in management and shifted focus from consulting to SaaS, which improved in my time there) Poor cultural identity Support is very UK/US focused and can be lacking in a satellite office
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Great potential and starting to act like a proper tech scale-up. Exciting times ahead!
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Smart and passionate people. New CEO putting the employees and customers first and it's starting to show in the company culture. Great customers, some of the best and most successful companies. Strong partnerships and alliances. Many employee go above and beyond to help their peers and customers.
Cons
Product still needs some work. Leadership vacuum in customer facing teams. Inexperienced people in critical roles.
