The customers of the company are very diverse. They are top level engineers and keep you on your toes. Good Benefits with Vacation Pay, 401K and generous sick time off.
The upper management does not listen to either the employees or the customers. This is the first company that said the customer is always wrong and they need to follow our rules.
Advice to Management
The owner needs to get more involved and replace the upper management in a clean sweep.
