      Pros

      Great experience at the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. International vibe and very meticulous personnel overall.

      Cons

      The hospital is a bit far off from the city center, there is good public transportation but it still requires some commute. There is not much around the hospital area.

      salary, little support from supervisors, highly competitive. Growth can be achieved till a certain degree. Much harder for women.
