The people here are the most talented I have ever worked with. Great work life balance. Plenty of autonomy and freedom to pursue interests outside of your role. Would highly recommend working here.

Cult-like environment. Nothing matters more than the product, even if it's to the detriment of your physical/mental health. Unless you like crude jokes and discussing what recreational drugs you're currently taking, I wouldn't recommend this company.
