- An interesting industry and exposure to advanced CCTV products - Despite the production profile of the company, the facility isn't based in a rural area - Actually, a good benefits package, including private medical care, 25 days of holiday, sick pay

- Empty promises on personal development during the interview - Lack of personal progression due to the glass ceiling and favouritism - Last-minute actions to push the orders through that are impacting the quality of the product - Lack of proper communication between departments that makes operational planning unrealistic - Focusing on containment, not prevention, which is a result of a weak supply chain and deliveries of bad quality parts from Asian suppliers - An invisible wall between R&D/office and Ops/QA - The unbearably sad atmosphere on the shop-floor - Old-fashioned facility, e.g. worn furniture
