Little hours if looking for a full time job

More training is necessary because there was a lot of micromanagement from the site manager. The site manager was also biased, being highly critical and condescending towards some tutors while being more respectful towards those who were closer to them. In addition to no training, other new employees and I often had trouble understanding how the work environment was organized because the site manager just threw us into work and expected us to know how the work place flows. Even though they said to ask questions when we were confused, they were often times irritated and hard to approach.
