My experience with [Company Name] has been deeply disappointing. The unprofessionalism starts at the top of this disorganized, profit-obsessed company, which prioritizes cash flow over hotel conditions. They mislead investors to secure funds but then skimp on necessary renovations and repairs. The HR department employs unethical and unfair tactics, creating chaos with the help of egotistical employees at the corporate level. Additionally, the company tolerates racist General Managers who use favoritism and nepotism to isolate employees. Despite corporate awareness of these issues, they turn a blind eye in favor of profits
