Pros

Great facilities, decent pay and flexible working arrangements. Very good quality of engineering outputs.

Cons

Misaligned leadership and a highly political, closed-off culture. Transparency around finances and strategic direction was extremely limited, making it difficult for employees to contribute meaningfully or feel recognized. The workplace fostered distrust, anxiety, and internal division, with noticeable infighting between groups. Staff who raised concerns often appeared sidelined, while junior employees and those not aligned with management were subject to disproportionate scrutiny.
