      I enjoyed the upbeat environment. The motivation to do well and make money. You will do great if money is a motivator.

      Cons

      I did it for a year but after that it is just repetitive and boring. There is no growth. The management is VERY cynical with constant micromanagement.

      I really wish people who have actually never worked for PCA would stop spreading lies about the company simply because they are not motivated or trainable enough to be successful at PCA Promotions.
