      Fun people to work with, great working with latest phones.

      Cons

      Low pay, ever changing policies, bad HR. Low comission scale. Don't care about employees

      Pros

      It's not always about the numbers. Employee feedback is taken seriously and factored when making decisions. There is always opportunity and leadership promotes from within when possible.

      Cons

      No cons. You get out what you put in. This is a commission job and you must be able to adapt to change quickly in any retail environment.

      For the type of job they have pretty decent benefits like matching 401k and vacation time

      Cons

      Management is very bad they go through store managers like crazy the commission has really gone down a ridiculous amount
