Pros

They provide paid training for certifications, didn't micromanage, let me create my own schedule, provided benefits, a gas card, and monthly car maintenance allowance

Cons

Over schedule inspections. They claimed overtime would be few and far in-between, but they never put a cap on the number of inspections they inspected. I was getting scheduled 10-20 per day, and they take about 1.5-2 hours per inspection. The inspections were spread out in a 1.5-2 hour radius away from the center of the city. Sometimes I would have 4-5 hours of drive time on top of 12-18 hours worth of inspections. Work in the elements. I got burnt out very fast. When I brought this to the office's attention, it fell on deaf ears. Eventually the squeaky wheel was replaced.

Pros

My coworkers were amazing, made the office atleast friendly and tolerable.

Cons

Higher ups keep take take taking, penny pinching where they can, having employees saddled with rising healthcare costs, and slashing any form of possible income increase incentives. All while praising how well the company is doing and needlessly flaunting publicly and patting themselves on the back, while making it impossible to keep good workers around.

Very limited Pros and endless Cons

Pros

That one time you got a 5 hour schedule.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, very low salary, poor benefits, terrible company culture, extensive wear and tear on personal vehicles, the list truly goes on and on. They do a great job of selling themselves as a premier opportunity and by the time you learn the truth it’s too late, because by than you’ve signed an agreement stating you owe the company $3,000 if you quit. That’s what they value their training at (also a joke). Management is unwilling or unable to look inward at themselves and adapt to what employees are saying about the terrible culture. Many field employees falsify inspection reports in order to get out of doing the work. Each day presents a new red flag.
