Pros

Good place to get work experience. They work on some very high profile and interesting projects. All staff come here to get that experience and just move on. Benefits are average among the industry.

Cons

Company is run by a hot tempered & emotional managing partner. She openly argues with other partners in the office in front of staff. Crying and open display of anger was not uncommon. Company boasts about flexible hours and work life balance. There is actually ZERO work life balance. Staff are reprimanded by managing partner regularly. Low moral & extreme long hours and high stress. The combination of these demonstrate the reason why there is an extremely high turn over rate of staff. Highly dysfunctional office with partners arguing among themselves to take on tasks and nothing gets done.

Pros

Amazing projects and a talented team.

Cons

Extremely poor company culture. Very long hours, high stress, and high turn over. Do not be fooled but the high quality projects. The firm offers: - A lack of support on projects. - Partners do not respect staff. While the firm sells itself on collaboration in the design process it is an environment where they would rather not have your input and staff are scared to speak up. - Pay increases are hard to come by. - Lack of transparency on overtime pay and advancement. - Low pay relative to comparable firms. The firm advertises generous bonuses during contract negotiations but they are anything but. - Controlling partners who do not get along.
