Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at PIA Automation
Pros
There's a lot of room to grow and move laterally if your aren't happy with your current position. The company is in transition almost constantly which makes the job exciting and offers new opportunities everyday. The overall atmosphere with other employees is safe, and relaxed.
Cons
There is an growth limit within the company where you may have to fight a lot with management to get things done. A lot of micro managers in upper management. Upper management stresses transparency within the company but doesnt always come through. Upper management has a tendency to play favorites.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at PIA Automation full-time for less than a year
Pros
The offices are pretty clean and the floor is organized.
Cons
Very bad management oriented to hire and then fire skilled people as per their personal preferences. There is a huge lack of communication between mechanical engineering, project management , electrical, programmers, purchasing & finally manufacturing. All the departments managers are on their own and by the end of the day all of them will throw their failures on the engineers. The project managers are limiting the communication between customer and the design engineers and project leads.
