      Pros

      Slow pace, low responsibility, no actual expectation to deliver results, easy life in office.

      Cons

      Almost everything. If you are zero ambitious you will like it, just make sure that you negotiate good salary at the beginning. Rather demotivating to try to excel in your role, you will advance if you are flattering your superiors. No one cares about developing expertise.
