A spread man which is the big boss over the whole job! Anyways that position Should not be 23-24 years old!! That’s way way too young to have and responsibility and the position. Way too Many young guy that are “Formans” as well, they’re on very important crews!! Like the tie in’ crew one of the hardest and demanding crews on the whole damn job. Like 20 to 23 Guys. They need more experience whether they know it or not! Other than the young BOSSES!?! That’s really all they struggle with. Haven’t worked there in a few years so I hoped they worked did some changes. Everywhere not just that. Cause let’s face it. Most company’s need a change while growing.
