Pros

you get to appreciate what a bad company looks like so you can appreciate what a great company can do for you later.

Cons

Where to begin? I saw so many interns come through the door unpaid and left with no job or references, used and abused. shocking. Two of them were left to watch the office while we went away on a company retreat. UNPAID! they weren't even allowed to take the time off! Bonuses were never paid out in full to members of the sales team, no team spirit and don't even think about having any autonomy, you are chained to a desk and if you want to go out for a walk to get a coffee don't get your hopes up. Treated like school children but don't worry they play music aloud in the office so everything is fine.

Pros

Good office location. Okay office

Cons

Working here seriously impacted my mental health. This was due to a number of reasons but my anxiety was off the chart and as soon as I left the company, I felt like a different person. The management team made me feel excluded and discriminated against for whatever reason. I saw numerous young employees doing 3-6 month UNPAID internships with the promise of a job at the end. Only to leave the company with no pay, no job and no help with future employment- an immoral way of free labour. I could go on and on but overall, it was an extremely negative experience.
