Pros
It is a home office so a very relaxed atmosphere and there is free coffee. If you are new to the industry and you want to learn a little about Public Relations, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, etc FOR FREE and not be paid then it's a Pro but since the owner is lies so much about everything it's hard to know what is a lie and what is the truth.
Cons
The President/Owner Lisandra Carbi is a total and complete liar and con artist. She hires interns, new graduates or just nice people that believe her lies and she gets them to work for her for a few months or however long she can get away without paying you, then after you leave she never pays you! She will give you multiple excuses for why she can't pay you and when she runs out of excuses, she either waits for you to quit or leave (b/c you are fed up working for free) or she will fire you for something she made up. Then she tells other employees lies about the reason why you no longer work there because she doesn't want others to know the real reason, which is she CAN'T pay you! I found out her real last name isn't even Carbi. She changed the name of her company from The LC Media Group to PRntheCITY in March of 2018 and she also started going by Lisandra Carbi or "LC" instead of her real last name, which is Carballosa. The only reason I can think why she did this is that she is trying to hide the fact that she has a criminal record. The only reason I am writing this is that when I was hired, I did not find any information about her or her company, PRntheCITY, on the internet and she seemed so nice and trustworthy! She is VERY good at telling lies and telling you a lot of stuff to make her and her company sound like it's a thriving, profitable business when it's actually the complete opposite! She will act like a cool, chilled boss or like your best friend in order for you to trust her so she can tell you anything she needs to in order to get you to work and keep on working without paying you! She even uses her sick mother as an excuse over and over for why she doesn't return your calls or why she basically ghosts you for days, it's really despicable! After I left, I found other past employees that she still owes money to and did the same exact things she did to me. I wish I could have some warning or known about this before I started working for her. I know I probably won't ever get the money she owes me but at least I can try to warn others out there who are thinking of working for her.
