      It has been an educational and eye opening experience for someone looking to get into sales straight out of college.

      Pros

      PTC is the best in class company in a multi billlion dollar industry. There are plenty of career advancement opportunities and it seems as though there are plenty of employees that work at PTC for a very long time.

      Cons

      There aren't many downsides to working at PTC. One thing that you run into at a big company though is that sometimes it seems like the different departments are a bit disjointed on their goals.

      PTC - it is all about the money

      Pros

      PTC at the time was growing and everyone was working hard to see the company grow. We were rewarded with stock options.

      Cons

      When difficult times came to PTC then it became unbearable to work there. Very political. No bonus. Lay offs. Upper management only worried about the stock and not the employees. Afgter that you can see it was all about the money and not you.
