Pros

there is no such thing as a pro in this company

Cons

where..do I... begin... I'll keep it short and straight to the point. - NO growth - They lie about everything - NO management skills/professionalism - They are closer with their own culture and keep the oversea's (remote) workers because they are paid less - They LITERALLY lie about everything - management never has time for you but they give you negative feedback when things don't work while they are away for 4 months straight - the gambling site is garbage and a lot of bad reviews towards the company (search it up) - lack of management skills is beyond horrible - There is absolutely no trust in this company - You will be more stressed out working here than feeling motivated - They are beyond lost with their tasks and can't manage a single developer - They are very rude to you over chat and put you down - well the 1 person from Vancouver (you'll know who) - No bonus or anything like that so don't get your hopes up - BIG LACK of communication - They don't like it when you are trying to help others because you have to follow their way - They laid off a few randomly with no warning (it was the 1s that were getting paid more than the remotes from Iran) Bad.. bad.. bad.. believe me We had people quit because they couldn't deal with them anymore and their ways.

Pros

None, none, none, none, none

Cons

Please stay away. Management and leaders are terrible. There is a guy who lives in Vancouver who never responds to messages, and then at the end of the day, will ask you why things aren't done. Stay away!!!

Pros

I've had an very good experience with PPT. Right from the start, it was clear that this place is special. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and supportive. The vibe here is so positive, making it a great place to collaborate and come up with cool ideas. One thing I loved was their commitment to work-life balance. They really get that we all have lives outside of work. Flexible hours and manageable workloads make it easy to balance everything. It's obvious they care about their employees' well-being just as much as the work they do. I had a very good relationship with my supervisor and he was very supportive and understanding. It's also pretty impressive how many people have been here for years. That kind of loyalty shows is doing something right. There's always variety of snacks, drinks, deserts which I was not used to in my previous companies.

Cons

That said, there are a few things that could be better. Sometimes there's a disconnect between the business side and the tech team, which can cause some hiccups. Cross-department communication could also use a boost to make sure everyone is on the same page. And having a clearer roadmap would help set expectations and keep everyone aligned.
