      Product is being developed at a good pace, there is always new work Official annual trips New years breakfasts and gifts Quarterly dinners Prayer area inside office for male/female foosball/table tennis MD is the first one to be at the office.

      Cons

      There are no benefits other than OPD old office furniture Employees don't know when the next increment happen, it just happens There is 0 onboarding from the engineering, you will have to figure everything on your own and learn as you go seat warmers are above the rules.. normal employee should be onsite at 9am..whereas the seat warmers come to office around 10-11am The senior BE play the blame game.. cannot merge branches correctly and delay merging They don't know how to review a code The ticket management was horrible. no sprint management at all

      Pros

      Every person in the company is empowered to own their domain and be the subject matter expert, everyone is always on their toes figuring out the most interesting and exciting updates in logistics. Highly collaborative and spontaneous environment, i doubt i saw a blocker come into play more than an hour in our environment. Leadership is very integrated into the teams with direct channels mentoring and assisting wherever required.

      Cons

      Not for folks who are used to slow environments. This is a very high paced environment with high ownership which comes with high expectations. You'll only thrive if you love solving complex problems and live for a challenge.
