    Packsize Response

    February 5, 2020

Dear Jan 28: It's with a heavy heart we see your post, but to be sure, we are listening!! We do indeed have a lot of great, hard-working people at Packsize. Thinking you were likey here Q4 of 2019, we hope you were among the 90% of our North American population who participated in our Employee Engagement Survey. It's been an effective communication tool, providing input and insight our leadership invited. More importantly, it's shaping the conversation going forward, about what our team members want more of and less of. As for competitive benefits, our desire is responsible and sustainable growth. It's important to attract and retain talent and that's why the Packsize Benefits Committee meets regularly with our benefits broker as we review current and potential benefit offerings. We keep an eye on trends in Utah and the U.S., because our team members work and live across the country. We have all the benefits you'd expect, and maybe a couple you wouldn't (see them listed on GlassDoor). We're not ashamed to say that we have the lowest Medical plan deductibles the IRS will allow, company vehicles for most who are in customer-facing positions, and we offer free commutes to/from work if you are driving electric (Packsize named the largest electric vehicle charging installation in Utah).

I worked at Packsize full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Exciting to be involved with a concept that is so new. Co-workers were great. For the age of the company, the benefits were very good.

    Cons

No work life balance, but I believe it has improved. Quickly moving industry, so plans and rules changed frequently.

    Pros

    Cons

Top heavy in Management. None of them ever actually “worked” at all. Just make everyone do busy work to make themselves look good.
