    Pros

Relatively flexible work hours generally, but ultimately depends on the team you are with and your immediate manager. Better than local firms medical benefits and time-off policies.

    Cons

Over promise on products, lack of investment into products and marketing, lack of investment into employee training. Short term management view - shareholders were obviously looking to sell the company (which they recently did to Telstra).

    Advice to Management

Gotta do a better job communicating with staff.
