Pros
No advantages to working here. As far as his skills as a physician and the way he treats his patients, amazing. He’s definitely a great doctor but the staff are treated poorly. They are expected to work themselves into the dirt to make rich. Everyone needs to benefit from the hard work not just the physician and 3 of his brothers that work there.
Cons
Micromanaged, no room for advancement, talked down to constantly , no breaks or lunch ever, excessive workload, high employee turn over rate, below average pay.
