poorly organized hours, toxic environment, awful management, too many responsabilities for entry level employees, barely hired non-italian white people, people of color are only hired if there's a very urgent shortage

Il pagamento dello stipendio viene dato sempre in orario. Sconti sull'acquisto dei prodotti per i dipendenti.
Cons
Troppo volume di lavoro per poche persone, spesso l'orario della pausa non viene rispettato e posticipato a volte è capitato di saltarla totalmente spostandola alla fine del turno col risultato che esci mezz'ora prima da lavoro. Spesso si viene chiamati a coprire turni di straordinario con poco preavviso (1 o 2 ore), anche di notte per l'apertura al mattino presto.
