      Pros

      The shop is large and ac usually works, the coworkers are friendly and helpful. Immediate management is fairly flexible and understanding.

      Cons

      Upper management seems greedy and lacks moral compass, despite heavy religious branding. Any training is self managed and there is no investment in employees.

      Pay was decent for a starting full time job

      Cons

      Got fired while there were about 5 people the could’ve gotten fired way before I had been, but I guess it doesn’t matter does it
