10yThank you for taking the time out to share your feedback. However, as a policy we do not hire any marketing interns, because of the line of business we have and our focus being different. As a matter of fact we do not hire any interns, because we know that we do not have the bandwidth to provide training to interns. So we really doubt the legitimacy of this review.
Paramount consistently works towards improving systems, processes and employee- engagement initiatives. We value and welcome feedback from employees for all needs, and requirements, because we strongly believe in open- door policy, and providing opportunities to employees to grow as a professional.
