Pros

ParentPay is a fantastic company to work for, combining innovation in education technology with a supportive and collaborative workplace culture. The leadership team genuinely cares about employees, and there’s a clear focus on both professional growth and work-life balance

Cons

The recent changes in HR head - SV and LA have unfortunately made the employee experience worse. Instead of improving processes, the new HR leadership has created confusion and frustration across the company.

Pros

Do not join this company. This is worst company to join.

Cons

After clearing the interview, the salary structure is shared via WhatsApp, and the offer letter is provided only on the joining day. No real paternity or maternity benefits are offered. While these are mentioned on paper, employees are not allowed to take such leaves in practice. The HR Head in Pune lacks the competency to effectively manage the company. Although the company brands itself as a product company, its operations resemble those of a service-based company, as the senior management primarily comes from a service-oriented background. Delivery Managers lack adequate knowledge about the products. HR policies are inconsistent and frequently change. HR interferes extensively in every project. The company enforces a strict work-from-office policy. No work life Balance

Pros

The people that genuinely care and are still there despite so much change because they love what they do, love the brand and products and want to make a success despite it continually feeling like an uphill battle. Who go out of their way to build camaraderie and collaborate to make a difference.

Cons

The CEO and the nearly all male middle aged leadership team who clearly live privileged lifestyles and are therefore far too intelligent to listen to the ‘minions’ despite the fact the ‘minions’ need to make the decisions, because they are inept at doing it themselves. Continually patronising and insulting the people who actually know their stuff and just want to be heard, they are destroying a company that once had a moral compass. My favourite quote of the recent weeks was on an all hands call where the CEO said he didn’t believe that free school meals were good for children!
