cool vibe but they don’t distribute work fairly
Pros
Nice company culture. Everyone is nice. Small team if that’s what you like.
Cons
They tend to put everyone at their absolute limits and hand work downwards as much as possible. Those at the bottom are responsible for most if not all of the time consuming busy work and it is just continuously added on. You’re easily doing the work of three people at a similar firm. There was an ever changing structure and as the workload grew, their comparisons to a smaller past workload was the justification for you being able to handle it. There is no real support when it’s asked for. You’re expected to just get it done which means working weekends as much as needed. The alternative is “you’re not the right fit” anymore. People are disposable unless you conform to their image.
