      The only pro I can say is you get to learn new things (Knowledge wise)

      Cons

      Consider being in a jail,very poor management skills and partiality, Toxic work culture. Salary gets deducted for no reason,no ownership from management. Think twice before joining the company,Enter at your own risk.
