The high reviews here are kind of surprising. Questionable managerial practices, non-transparency, lack of direction with products. The culture here is taking a big hit this past year. It's strange to see top leadership pretend like things have never been better when they really aren't, especially HR. We've stopped have honest conversations a long time ago and have become very corporatized.

The founders lack experience creating a cohesive and supportive tech culture. Instead they desperately rely on recruiting from name-brand university and companies without any guiding principle or value. The result is an inhospitable and uncreative culture of competitive individuals climbing the ladder to secure their pay and position without regard to the wellbeing, health, and genuine sense of purpose. If you're an unscrupulous, talented, and sociopathic workaholic, you'll do well here.
