Great marketing technology. Significant market potential.

Cons

Significant lack of transparent communication from senior leadership team. SLT lacks direction, is not open to new ideas, and think they are the smartest people in the world. Questionable ethics. Do not treat employees as human beings. Make quick drastic decisions on direction of company. Organizationally not set up for success.

Senior Leadership suffers from lack of clear direction and constant second guessing which causes paralysis to growth and attainment of goals.

Pros

A promising company with a lot of talented and smart people. They seem to be getting a lot of interest and have some investors with deep pockets.

Cons

The company culture is not good. Leadership has been running too many of the day to day without much attention to detail. They have an issue hiring the right people in key positions. The CEO has repeatedly promised equity to employers but never actually takes the request before the board for approval. This is a big issue which may get them into trouble in the future.
