Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with management and appreciated the consistency of full-time hours. At the same time, we understand how important fair and competitive pay is to the overall employee experience and continue to review compensation as part of our ongoing efforts to support our teams. We do want to note that PatientPoint does not have an office in Little Rock, AR. It's possible this review may have been intended for Patient Guide Solutions, a former business that operated in that area and is not affiliated with PatientPoint. If so, we encourage the reviewer to update the company listing to ensure feedback is directed to the right organization. We appreciate your time and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

They have a good benefits package and some of the people who work there are nice.

Cons

Poor management Bare minimum training Poor work/life balance: I saw multiple employees working late nights/taking projects home more often than not. TL;DR: They let me go after one month. I'm 98% sure it's because they couldn't afford to employ me after December. The atmosphere of the office is honestly depressing. No one is on the same page about projects and it's because of leadership. Leadership is not supportive. After working there for just over a month, I get called into a conference room where the a member of the leadership team sat to tell me they were letting me go because it wasn't a "good fit." When I asked for examples, I was told that I should have "raised my hand more when I had nothing to work on and there were things I sent out with multiple errors." This was news to me as I had only had one 1x1 meeting with my supervisor and was not told about these errors or that I needed to work on them or else my job was in jeopardy. When I asked for specific examples, they repeated themselves with the same vague answers. Then, they told me they would ship my things to me. They escorted me to my desk so I couldn't clean it out. This was all right before my benefits kicked in.
