      Pros

      People-centric, very diverse, remote-first, the opposite of micromanaging, accountable for results, socially conscious, respectful of personal time, education stipend to further career aims. All in all, very impressed with the company and its leadership. Surrounded by others who are very good at their jobs.

      Cons

      Very rigorous interview process - also a pro as other employees earned their spot as well. Tell your references they will be called, and the call might be lengthy.
