One of the worst places I've worked my entire career life.
Pros
- Luckily there are some colleagues who make this company stay afloat, it's all thanks to their hard labor, they are the core pillars of this company and the ones you can entrust the most to help you when needed, without them Pcdiga is nothing - Relaxed work space, when you're not constantly micro managed/pressured by the upper management - Always pays on due time - You always know what new tech is coming out in the market and it's amazing - Flexible Lunch Time
Cons
- CEO is always right and you are a mere number for the upper management, if you don't align with them and become yes Men so that you agree with everything, then you're out of the game and despised by them - Toxic ambient mostly because of management, also a small minority of co-workers (mostly those who worked there for years) who like to lick boots to upper management, try to sabotage your work so they look good and you look bad - Impossible deadlines and demands by upper management, even when you're overworked to the bone - No career progression and stagnant wage, I've known people who worked there longer than I did and they haven't received a raise whatsoever in years - They don't respect your vacation days or weekends, always calling you despite you telling them it's your day off, then become mad at you when you turn off the call or refuse to help because it's your day off... - Clueless management that is stuck 30 years in the past and doesn't accept help of others to improve the workflow - You will become insane overtime and overworked thus demotivated to keep working there until you have a mental breakdown and are forced to quit - If they find out you're a good worker, get ready because your responsibilities will increase while your wage will stay the same - Serious flaws in their IT, makes me doubt they keep both our (worker) data and customer data safe as we get hacked pretty often - No one is concerned in keeping their workplace clean and sometimes they don't even give you the right tools for work, you have to make it work with old crap they have laying around out there, despite them being a tech reseller... - They change tools that are efficient by inefficient ones on a whim, then don't know how to work with said tools, it's up to us workers to figure it out
