      Pros

      Flexibility in hours. Open floor plans lets you talk to people at different levels. Free snacks and sometimes served meals

      Cons

      Leadership does not stick to promises. Will say one thing one day and say another thing the next day or behave opposite. Actions are sometimes very inappropriate. How people are elevated is questionable. HR seems to do little to fix low morale. Product cannot save this company

      Pros

      From the outside of it, Pebblepost has the making of a great company.

      Cons

      The truth is, Leadership of Lewis Gersh and Marita Scarifi was doomed. Marita already had a bad reputation in the industry and Lewis sure did hire a lot of his friends that could get away with just about anything because they were friends with the boss. Some of the men in this so called boys club were absolute CREEPS. If there have been clashes, they would have been for the right reasons as the new President seemed to come in and turn things around.

      Free coffee. Nice office. Near the park.

      Cons

      Financially unstable. Hires people without regard to ability to retain them. As soon as there's financial trouble, lays them off, even if they were hired last week, no severance.
