Pros

Good work-life balance ( Sat and Sun off ) No real work-load Complimentary one cup of Tea/Day (that's everything)

Cons

1) Not a startup - They call themselves a startup but in reality, they are not at a startup. They are a service-based company with no motivation for growth or product development. All the products mentioned on the website do not exist in real and if you do little research, you will figure out there isn't any info on them over the internet. 2) Fake promises and lots of boasting - Fake promises and lots of showoffs during the interview. The same person (Founder) will conduct 4 rounds of interviews, just to make you feel like they are a multinational organization. 3) Not a happy work environment and poor office culture. 4) No perks, almost nothing apart from salary. 5) Fresh engineering graduates are paid as low as 5000 per month 6) "Boss is always right" attitude of the Manager (Founder) - There is no real HR in the organization, no accounts or sales team, no people ops and there are not even Teams. The founder is the manager and all the employees report to the same person. This is the core reason as to why there are so many irregularities, it sort of a dictatorship by the Employer/ Manager/ HR / Founder (who happens to be the same person) and there is nobody who has the authority to challenge/ complaint. 6) Organization tricks and binds you with a contract with unfair policies. Once you join, contact (Employee Handbook) is revised every now and then. All the policies in the contract are made to favor the organization rather than employees. (all the stories relating to training and development are stories and nothing happens in reality) 7) A non-Negotiable and strict notice period of 2 months. They will torture you with work if you resign and plan to move on. 8) Irregularities in FnF Payment - They will not pay your complete dues when you resign and not provide your payslips for the same. In addition to this, if you ask them why there is less amount on the FnF calculations, they will make false stories and allegations about your work performance. By withholding your FnF amount, they will put pressure on you to sign a document that says: you accept the amount (which is incomplete) they are paying or accept nothing (as the founder will not answer your phone calls) Finally now, if you don't trust my experience and review you can contact any current or former employee / join them and try it out yourself.
