I have been working at Penhall full-time

    Pros

The executive leadership team for Penhall Technologies is the best I have ever been employed by. Thoughts, suggestions, and opinions from all staff members, regardless of standing, are recognized and appreciated.

    Cons

The company has experienced a lot of growth. The mgmt. team has a lot on their plates quite often.

    Advice to Management

Continue to support and listen to all employees. Promote from within.

I have been working at Penhall full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been at Penhall for 4 years and have worked with some of the most wonderful people all over the country. Being able to provide a high quality services to the LA community with a company that has 60 years behind it means a lot to me personally. It is so incredible to watch home owners and massive scale projects be completed with the best talent in the industry. Also, the largest names in construction industry only trust us with their most sensitive and high level projects. We wouldn't be in business for 60 years if we didn't have those core values in place. I am proud to be part of the red and grey. For anyone looking to learn a lot and grow in your career this is a great place to work!

    Cons

I see a variety of comments in this field from others. All I will say is just like every business there are always areas of growth, but I see management actively seeking to better the company. In my 20 year career it is no different than any other company I have worked for, in fact there are many more Pros than cons.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote from within-it builds strength at the upper levels.

    Cons

Never Come through with anything they say. It's always one excuse after another.

    Advice to Management

Jeff Wrong has driven this company down to the abyss. Not sure has Penhall Company can survive this atrocity. The upper management is worried about using it's employees to fill their pockets.

I have been working at Penhall full-time

    Pros

zip nothing nada none a tiny paycheck- can not stand to look at any of higher ups. I hope that it comes around for theses ceo, vps and presses soon.
    we want to see them sink to the bottom of there vile pool;

    Cons

People are getting wiser here, Look at reviews, people are not liking what is going here. We all where shocked at what has gone on. iT IS obvious that the management team here want their own gang in place. they have let the best go and brought on lame-butt buddies to try to fill these guys boots. they wont. these guys were the best and will end up at our competitors. good for them!
Long and his buds are looking after their own butts. they will never promote from us because they have to get their mini-mees in here,

    Advice to Management

be human-grow up-don't be jealous and let people go cause you cant be like them. keeping our mouth shut and letting them sink/ and they will. no trust, no respect-I hope they read this. please read it to them so they no how we feel about what they have done to our friend and coworkers.

I have been working at Penhall full-time

    Pros

Great people to work with at the branch level.

    Cons

CEO does not care about his employees. He got rid of all the people who made Penhall great. Pay is below average in most locations and commission checks are never ever paid on time.

    Advice to Management

Jeff Long needs to step down. We need a CEO that cares about the company and the employees who work hard everyday for Penhall.
