Pros
It's a wide open position in a wide open company. I feel like I can do whatever I think is required to get the job done. A lot of initiative is required, but the variety of tasks is fun. The company also has a worthwhile goal to help those who suffer from PTSD, ADD/ADHD, and a number of other health conditions
Cons
The work hours are almost too flexible. This sort of thing cuts both ways - you've got to take the good and the bad. Some days it's hard to be as creative as the job requires, and i would like to do something a bit more rote.
